Born on an island in the Pacific Northwest, Loie spent her childhood in Portugal and teen years in Montana. A graduate of The Evergreen State College, she has worked as a camera assistant in Los Angeles for the past 12 years. Loie lives with her partner and their Shiba Inu Tyto in Silverlake.
